Born & raised in Southern California, my earliest memories of art are my mother keeping me busy with a pen and some scratch paper when she had to take me with her on errands around town. I enjoyed it, and it grew through my childhood, which led me to pursuing a degree in graphic design. Not wanting to sit in an office all day, or deal with job insecurity, I shifted my focus to teaching art, and obtained a credential. Now art pays my bills! Who says dreams can't come true?!
