Q: Wait...only one shirt at a time? So If I miss today's shirt, I can't get it tomorrow?
A: We understand it seems a little odd to only offer one shirt, but it's the excitement of never knowing what's next that makes ShirtPunch unique and fun! Missing a shirt sale means missing that shirt for good. Once the shirt is removed, we cannot guarantee it will be featured again.
Q: How do your shirts fit?
Identically to every other shirt! Our shirts include: one neck hole, two arm holes, and a giant hole at the bottom allowing the wearer access. You could, in theory, climb in via the neck or arm holes, but this isn't recommended.

Q: Do your shirts shrink?
Only a little, but since they're made from 100% cotton, after washing them once they'll remain that way.
If your goal is to shrink them as little as possible, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging them to dry. If your goal is to shrink them as much as possible, we recommend washing them in the hottest water you can find and tossing them directly into the dryer.
Q: Do the artists get anything for their designs?
Cash money, baby! We pay 10% commission per item sold, which typically translates to $1 per shirt. As a designer, you'll have access to live sales statistics so you can see exactly how much you've earned as it's happening!
Designers also get full exposure with an artist interview, links to all of their sites and social media, and a place to display some side art (other designs they may want to showcase.) Best of all, designers get to keep 100% of the rights to their designs! We just borrow the design for 24-hours, and we retain no rights once the sale has ended.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship out 7-9 business days after purchase (this does not include weekends or Holidays). Our printers receive the artwork and orders 24 hours after the sale, and print the order immediately. This process from start to finish usually takes up to 7-9 business days.
Once an order is complete, it's packaged and shipped out. Depending on your method shipment, and what country you're having it shipped too, this can take a few days or several weeks. Unfortunately, the one thing we cannot control is shipping wait times. All above times are approximations and can alter due to weather, time of year, and location of destination.
For orders outside of North America, shipping can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to 8-12 weeks depending on your location relative to major population areas. Please refer to our website policies.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
All of our shirts are shipped using Canada Post. For those unfamiliar with Canadian shipping methods, Canada Post provides the best possible price and are extremely reliable.
Shipping costs vary by country and amount of shirts ordered. The larger your order, the more expensive it is to ship. We're currently working on a teleportation device that will allow us to beam the shirts directly to your house at no charge, but until our device is complete, we're stuck using snail mail just like everyone else. Q: Can an order be cancelled?
A: An order may only be cancelled if you request the cancellation on the same day the design is featured. Once a design has been taken down from the website, we are unable to process any cancellation for that print as the product has been ordered and manufacturing of those items has begun. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, however once we've ordered materials we must fulfill the order entirely.
Q: Can I change the order I've just made?
A: Orders can not be altered or adjusted and must be cancelled. Once your order has been cancelled, you will be promped by our staff to correctly re-purchase your order. To begin this process, please email [email protected]. Once a design has been taken down from the website, we are unable to process any cancelations for that print as the product has been ordered and manufacturing of those items has begun. We apologize for any inconvienence this has caused, however once we've ordered materials we must fulfill the order entirely.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If there's a manufacturer's defect or if the product you've ordered is in any way incorrect, contact us and we'll give you proper instructions to return your item. We are only able to provide refunds in the form of store credits, which will be applied directly to the account used to make the initial purchase. All returns must be within 30 days from the date of receipt of order and must be unworn/unwashed. Q: Is my credit card transaction secure on your site?
A: 100% safe. We don't save any of your credit card information, and we use SSL encryption for every credit transaction. Furthermore, although you're purchasing off of our site, you're actually using PayPal; one of the most trusted payment sites in the world.
A: ShirtPunch will never rent, sell, or otherwise share your personal information (email, name, address, order history, credit card data) with any third party. By necessity, this agreement excludes the sharing of your name and shipping address with one of our shipping providers, Canada Post/UPS/USPS, in order to ship our product to you. This agreement also excludes the transmitting of your credit card information (fully encrypted) to our credit card processor in order to process your payment.
