What is ShirtPunch?

ShirtPunch is your home for awesome limited edition, pop culture merchandise! Our front page ‘daily deals’ are only available for 24 hours and then they’re gone! Better act fast, the countdown clock is ticking!

Front page, daily tees are only up for 24 hours, so get it today! Missing a front-page daily deal may mean missing the shirt for good. Offering our tees for only 24 hours means a one-of-a-kind shirt that your friends won’t have! The excitement of never knowing what’s next is what makes ShirtPunch unique and fun!

What time of day do you guys switch your daily deals?

Our daily deals change every day at midnight (12:00am) EST – Eastern Standard Time. If you live in California, for example, the tees would change at 9:00pm. Living in the UK? Tees will change at 5:00am.

What kind of shirts do you print on?

Our t-shirts are 100% ringspun cotton, very durable and extremely comfortable. We offer Unisex, Fitted Men’s, Fitted Women’s and Youth style tees.

How do your shirts fit?

Unisex: Short sleeve and long sleeve tees are a “regular” fit and true to size. We offer sizes small to 6XL for short sleeve and small to 4XL for long sleeve. These shirts are made of 100% heavy cotton.

Hoodies: Zippered and Pullover hoodies are unisex sized and range from small to 4XL. They are made of 50% cotton, 50% polyester and are fleece-lined.

Fitted: Mens and Ladies tees have a slimmer fit and you may need to size up! These are made of soft style 100% cotton and are lighter than our unisex tees. Fitted tee sizes range from small to 2XL.

Youth: Fit true to size and come in sizes XS to XL. Youth tees are made of 100% heavy cotton.

Tank Tops: Unisex fit and range in size from small to 2XL. They are made of 100% cotton.

Do your shirts shrink?

Like most 100% cotton items they may shrink a little! After one washing the shirt should maintain it’s size.

Care Instructions: Machine wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry to prevent shrinkage.

Washing your shirt inside out will help preserve the ink!

What does “colors may vary by size” mean?

Sometimes certain sizes of shirts are not available in the color shown when we place our orders so we need to substitute with a different color.  This color has been selected by the artist who made the design as a backup option.

How does ShirtPunch print their tees?

We use a combination of silk screening and direct to garments printing to decorate our shirts. Both techniques allow for perfect color match and separation and ensure a comfortable print.

How do you print on hoodies?

We print our designs on the backs of both zippered and pullover hoodies. This is done to avoid printing over seams, zippers and stitching, which may affect the design

Why does my shirt smell?

The odor you may smell on your new gallery tee is due to a by-product of the direct to garment printing process. Not to worry, this is normal and the smell will dissipate after a wash!

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? An order may be cancelled on the same day it was placed. This can be done within your account under the “My Orders” section.

Once a daily tee design has been taken down from the website we are unable to process any cancellations as the product has now been ordered and fulfillment of the item has begun.

If more that 24 hours has passed and the option to cancel within your account is no longer available please email us right away. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be made after the order has been submitted.

Can I make changes to my order?

Selected the wrong size or inputted the wrong address? As long as you’ve just placed the order (within the same day) you can cancel the order in your account under “My Orders” and place the order again with the correct information. Remember this must be done the same day, while the shirt is still available!

If you’d like to request a change after the daily tee has been taken down please let us know immediately. We will do our best to make any changes however we only have a very short window before the order goes into production. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made after the order has been submitted.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please log into your account and click the “My Orders” section. You will see a list of your orders, the details of each order and the current status. Once your order has shipped the tracking information will be available here.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders containing tees (daily or gallery) ship out approximately 10 – 15 business days after purchase. Our printers receive the orders within 24 hours of sale and begin printing the order immediately. Once the tees have been printed they are sent back to our facility and we package and ship your order as fast as possible!

 

What are the random bonus designs available at checkout?

Any time you purchase one of our great daily deals or gallery products; you unlock the ability to drop another random “grab” shirt in your cart. Grab tees start at just $5.99. What design will you get? The possibilities are endless!

What currency do you charge in?

All of our pricing is in USD.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We currently accept: PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

Why was my credit card declined?

Please double check that your credit card information was entered correctly. This includes ensuring that the billing address on your ShirtPunch account matches the billing address associated with your card.

We have limited information regarding the details of why your card was declined, so the best place to start is to contact your bank or credit card provider for further information.

If you continue to have issues with the credit card, we suggest trying to make the purchase via PayPal!

Is my credit card transaction secure on your site?

100% safe. We don't save any of your credit card information, and we use SSL encryption for every credit transaction.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Coupon codes can be entered in the shopping cart, on the right hand side of the checkout page, before you begin the checkout process.

Enter your coupon code in the grey box under the ‘total’ summary of your order and click the green “apply coupon” button. Once applied move on to enter your billing, shipping and payment details!

Why won't my coupon code work?

Please double check that the code entered is correct. Be sure to include the applicable dashes, capital letters, etc., that are listed on your coupon. As well, please try typing the code in, instead of copy and pasting.

Punch Points and coupon/promo codes are not combinable, so please ensure you do not choose to redeem your Punch Points in the ‘Payment Options’ section as this will override the coupon or promo code.

If you are still having trouble please contact us and we will look into it right away!

Please note that coupon codes are limited to 1 per order.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders containing tees (daily or gallery) ship out approximately 10 – 15 business days after purchase. 

North American delivery time can take up to 10 business days from date of shipment. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO addresses may take longer.

International delivery time typically takes 1 – 3 weeks from date of shipment.

All above timelines are approximations from the date of shipment and can vary due to weather, time of year, destination and customs.

Missing shipments must be reported within 90 days of shipping.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number! The tracking number can also be found in the "My Orders" section of your account.

US orders are shipped and tracked through USPS.

Canadian orders are shipped and tracked through Canada Post and other local couriers.

International orders are shipped and tracked through DHL*.

**International orders shipped through DHL will have tracking until the package reaches your country. Once the package has reached your country the delivery will be made through the local postal service and tracking on the DHL website will no longer update.

Missing shipments must be reported within 90 days of shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Good question! You can obtain a shipping estimate from your shopping cart before going through the checkout process. Simply load your shopping cart, click the green cart icon in the menu area, and select "Get Shipping Estimate" on the right, within your cart.

Shipping costs vary by country and the amount of product ordered. Even if you bundle many products in a single order, the shipping cost remains pretty reasonable with a fairly low maximum cost. Try it!

We're currently working on a teleportation device that will allow us to beam the shirts directly to your house at no charge (we're skipping over the whole drone fad), but until our device is complete, we're stuck using the mail just like everyone else.

Do you ship to my country?

Probably! We currently ship to over 40 countries, including most of the big ones, so chances are yours is on the list!

Why was I charged customs fees?

Depending on where you live in the world, your package may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes imposed by the local customs office. These fees are not included in the original transaction as ShirtPunch does not control these fees nor can we predict what they may be.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding your country’s fees, duties and taxes and when they may apply.

ShirtPunch is not responsible for customs fees. Refunds cannot be issued for the order, shipping fee, or customs fee should the package be refused due to customs fees.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if the order wasn’t what you were expecting please reach out and we’ll work with you to ensure you’re happy with your ShirtPunch purchase!

What if my order arrived damaged or was incorrect?

Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement. Please ensure to include a photo of the item in your email!

Who designs your shirts?

Independent artists from all over the world create our designs!

Do the artists get anything for their designs?

Cash money, baby! We pay 10% commission per item sold.

Designers also get full exposure to the very large ShirtPunch audience including an artist interview, links to all of their sites and social media, and a place to display some side art (other designs they may want to showcase.)

Best of all, designers’ get to keep 100% of the rights to their designs! We just borrow the design for 24-hours, and we retain no rights once the sale has ended unless we all agree otherwise.

How and when do artists get paid?

We pay all of our designers using PayPal within 10 days of printing their shirt design.

What is your privacy policy?

ShirtPunch will never rent, sell, or otherwise share your personal information (email, name, address, order history, credit card data) with any third party. By necessity, this agreement excludes the sharing of your name and shipping address with one of our shipping providers, Canada Post/UPS/USPS/DHL, in order to ship our product to you. This agreement also excludes the transmitting of your credit card information (fully encrypted) to our credit card processor in order to process your payment. At no time is your credit card data held or retained by ShirtPunch. Please refer to our website policies.
